I take your privacy seriously and aim to keep things simple. This site is a personal and professional showcase; it is not a shop, and it does not ask you to create an account or fill in a form.

What I collect

This website does not directly collect personal information from you. There are no contact forms, sign-up fields, or logins on the site. If you want to get in touch, the site directs you to my LinkedIn profile, where any information you share is handled under LinkedIn's own terms and privacy policy.

When you play the embedded player or follow a link, that provider may collect information about you (such as your IP address or device details) and may set cookies, in line with their own privacy policies. I do not control and am not responsible for how these third parties handle your data. I would encourage you to review their policies directly.

The homepage also displays the titles of my latest Substack articles. To keep that list current, your browser loads them from Substack through a third-party relay service (such as allorigins.win or rss2json.com). This involves a request to that service but does not collect personal information about you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular). Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect any personal information that could identify you. The site does not run advertising trackers.

Embedded third-party content (such as the Spotify player) may set its own cookies if you interact with it, under that provider's policies.

How I use information

If you choose to contact me through LinkedIn or another platform, I use the information you provide only to respond to you and to discuss potential work, speaking, or collaboration. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Storage and security

Any correspondence you send me is stored within the platforms it arrives through (for example, LinkedIn messaging or email). I take reasonable steps to keep information secure, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted, by contacting me through LinkedIn. If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
