About Jan
Hi, I'm Jan. I'm a product leader who likes making complicated things feel simple.
Across 15+ years I've helped teams work out what to build, why it matters, and how to actually ship it, most recently at TikTok and Meta. My background spans product, growth, go-to-market and AI, so I tend to see the whole picture rather than one slice of it.
What I care about most is translating complex technology into clear, human value, and helping good teams do their best work through change.
When I'm not working, I'm usually singing, on a stage somewhere, or running a Dungeons & Dragons campaign. I bring the same curiosity to all of it.
